JUMPSTART YOUR JOURNEY
STEP 1. GRAB OUR NEW CLIENT SPECIAL.
While we know it can be intimidating to try something new, our Jumpstart 1-Week Unlimited New Client Week gives you a whole week to try different classes and start to get the hang of Lagree Fitness. Spend a week at Chromacore to discover how energizing and rewarding your workout can be.
STEP 2. GET SET UP FOR SUCCESS.
Make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class. We’ll use this time to get to know each other! You’ll receive a personalized introduction to the machine and method so you feel confident in your first class. Gripped socks are required. Bring your own or grab a pair at the studio. Add comfy workout clothes, a water bottle and a smile and you’ll be set!
STEP 3. GET INTO IT.
Look around. Everyone you see in class was once in their first class feeling exactly the way you do! It’s a fun but challenging group class with constant cueing and funny exercise names. Be patient with yourself as you learn the workout. Listen to the instructor, watch your more advanced neighbors and just keep your body moving! And don’t worry, our experienced instructors will be there to guide you. Our small classes allow for lots of personal attention. Expect to shake, sweat, smile and be sore. Stay committed and know that while it never gets easier, you will get stronger!

Our 45-minute signature Chromacore classes are all-levels, full-body classes using the Lagree Fitness method and performed on the Evo 2, the next evolution of the Megaformer. Our immersive, multi-sensory studio features chromotherapy and is free from mirrors, screens and competition. Our method focuses on slow and controlled movements, with minimal transitions between exercises. Expect to rock your core, sculpt your obliques and arms, tighten your lower body, hit some low-impact, high intensity endurance cardio and end with an invigorating, mindful stretch. You’ll leave feeling energized!

No. Our clients all have different levels of fitness. Yes, you will see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. We believe your fitness goal is unique to you and our skilled team will meet you where you are in your fitness journey. In class, we will offer modifications and options so you will be able to continue to move and make progress at a pace that works for you.

No, all of our classes are all-levels and designed for a group setting. You will have your own machine in class and each exercise can be modified to your current fitness level.
If you’re rehabbing an injury, would prefer a slowed-down introduction to our class, want to sweat with friends or just desire personal attention for fast results, we do offer private one-on-one and semi-private group training, which can be scheduled any time group classes are not in session. Please feel free to reach out to us about scheduling a private session.

Don’t worry! Lagree Fitness is not Pilates. Lagree Fitness is more intense, uses proven bodybuilding training techniques not inherent to Pilates and produces faster results.

You have come to the right place. Many of our clients have discovered Chromacore and Lagree Fitness after being injured in other fitness modalities. The low-impact Lagree Method focuses on performing all exercises in alignment and in a slow and controlled, safe manner. If you suffer from chronic back pain, painful joints or a severe medical condition, an initial private session is recommended in order to assess your fitness level.
